Contest Rules

1. Contest eligibility

• You must not participate from a jurisdiction where the contest, trading activity, or receipt of a prize is unlawful.
• Directors, employees, and contractors of Monorail, and their spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, siblings, and household members, cannot participate.
• Only one participating identity is permitted per person. Using multiple wallets or X accounts to obtain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

The contest is void where prohibited. Monorail may request information reasonably needed to confirm identity, location, sanctions status, and prize eligibility.

2. Contest period and entry

The contest starts on 31 August 2026 at 12:00 UTC and ends on 4 September 2026 at 12:00 UTC. All times, campaign days, cutoffs, and records use UTC.

To enter, you must verify a wallet, connect an X account, accept these terms, and make an eligible swap. Blockchain confirmation times and Monorail's indexed records determine when a swap occurred.

3. Eligible activity and scoring

• Only swaps completed through eligible Monorail contracts during the contest period count.
• Both tokens must be on the eligible-token list. Direct native MON-to-WMON swaps and wrap or unwrap operations do not count.
• Raw volume means the USD input value of each eligible swap before a pair multiplier is applied.
• Adjusted volume means the sum of each eligible swap's raw volume after its applicable pair multiplier is applied.
• Volume score uses the formula 1,000 ÷ (1 + (9,000 ÷ adjusted volume)^0.55).
• Stable-to-stable, native MON or WMON-to-LST, and LST-to-LST swaps use a 0.7 volume multiplier. Other eligible swaps use a 1.0 multiplier.
• Contest score is volume score plus referral points and consistency points.
• Raw volume determines prize unlock thresholds and referral qualification.
• You receive 25 consistency points for each UTC campaign day with an eligible swap, up to 125 points.
• A referral qualifies when the referred wallet has connected X, accepted the terms, and reached $100 in raw volume. This creates one referral credit for the referrer and one for the referred wallet.
• Each credit gives a wallet 25 referral points plus the bonus for the UTC day on which the referred wallet completes all qualification steps: Monday 10, Tuesday 7, Wednesday 5, Thursday 2, and Friday 0.
• Only a wallet's first five referral credits count, whether it referred another wallet or was referred. Referral attribution is final and cannot be replaced.

Global rank is ordered by total contest score, adjusted volume, and then the earliest eligible contest swap.

4. Prize unlocks

• The first Monad Open Singapore package is guaranteed for the eligible final global leaderboard winner.
• At $500,000 in raw campaign volume, the full global leaderboard unlocks.
• At $1 million, merch unlocks for the first five members of the final global top 10 to complete the five-day streak.
• At $2 million, the wallet whose eligible swap first crosses the threshold can permanently etch an approved name into a Monorail contract.
• At $3 million, five prizes of $100 in memecoin tokens unlock for the top five eligible wallets by raw memecoin volume.
• At $5 million, five Monad NFTs unlock for the eligible wallets at final global positions 33, 74, 87, 134, and 151.
• At $7.5 million, a second Singapore package unlocks for the highest PnL trader among eligible wallets in the final global top 20.

Except for the guaranteed first Singapore package, a prize does not become available unless its threshold is reached before the contest ends.

5. Prize-specific calculations

Memecoin rank uses the raw USD input value of eligible swaps where either token is classified as Meme on the eligible-token list. A meme-to-meme swap counts once.

PnL uses a synthetic portfolio made only from eligible contest swaps. Introduced capital is the USD value brought into that synthetic portfolio through those swaps. Wallet balances, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and activity outside Monorail do not count. A PnL participant must introduce at least $100 of capital, be in the final global top 20, connect X, accept the terms, and have a valid final PnL percentage.

PnL ranks from highest to lowest, including negative results. Ties are resolved by total USD PnL, final global contest score, and then adjusted volume. Final PnL uses the final price snapshot that Monorail captures after the contest ends.

6. Prices, data, and final results

Monorail's internal price source, indexed blockchain data, backend implementation, and database records are the official sources for eligibility, volume, scores, PnL, rankings, and unlocks. Displayed values and live leaderboards are provisional.

Monorail may correct missing, duplicate, invalid, delayed, or out-of-order data before finalization. Monorail's final certification of the results is conclusive, subject to applicable law and correction of a clear error.

7. Winner verification and claims

Potential winners must remain eligible and complete any reasonable identity, sanctions, tax, wallet-control, and compliance checks. Monorail may contact a winner through the connected X account or another verified contact method.

A Singapore package winner must accept the prize and complete all required documents, including the travel waiver, by 12:00 UTC on Monday, 7 September 2026. If the winner does not do so, is not eligible, cannot be contacted, or rejects the prize, the package passes to the next eligible participant in the applicable final ranking.

For other prizes, a potential winner must respond within the period stated in Monorail's prize notice. Failure to respond or complete required checks can result in forfeiture and selection of the next eligible recipient where applicable.

8. Singapore packages

• Each package is for one person and relates to the Monad Open in Singapore from 5 to 7 October 2026.
• Monorail provides return economy airfare from a major commercial airport reasonably selected by Monorail, reasonable hotel accommodation for the event period, and event access.
• The winner is responsible for passports, visas, identification, permits, vaccinations or health requirements, travel insurance, meals and personal expenses not expressly included, travel to and from the departure airport, and travel to and from the Singapore airport.
• The winner must sign Monorail's travel waiver and comply with airline, hotel, venue, immigration, and event rules.
• Travel arrangements, routes, carriers, accommodation, and event access are subject to availability and can change for operational, safety, or legal reasons.

If a winner cannot travel on the required dates or obtain required documents, the prize is forfeited. Monorail is not responsible for refused entry, missed travel, cancellations, delays, or acts of travel and event suppliers outside Monorail's reasonable control.

9. General prize conditions

Prizes are personal, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Monorail may substitute a prize with an item of reasonably equivalent value if the stated prize is unavailable.

Memecoin prize value is measured when Monorail arranges distribution and can change after transfer. Digital assets can be volatile and may lose value. NFT availability and attributes depend on the relevant collection and blockchain.

Winners are responsible for all taxes, reporting duties, wallet fees, and other costs not expressly included in a prize.

10. Contract-name reward

The proposed name must meet technical limits and must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, hateful, or harmful. Monorail may reject a name and request a replacement. The reward has no ownership, governance, intellectual-property, or financial rights unless Monorail expressly states otherwise.

11. Fair play and disqualification

Wash trading, self-dealing intended to manipulate results, multiple-account abuse, bots used to gain an unfair advantage, false information, referral abuse, market manipulation, exploitation of errors, and attempts to bypass geographic, sanctions, or eligibility controls are prohibited.

Monorail may investigate activity, exclude transactions, adjust results, withhold a prize, suspend an account, or disqualify a participant when it reasonably believes these terms were breached.

12. Publicity and contest data

Wallet addresses, connected X usernames, leaderboard positions, scores, prize status, and winner details may be displayed publicly for contest operation and transparency. Personal data is otherwise handled under Monorail's platform privacy policy and applicable law.

Where permitted by law, a winner allows Monorail to announce the winner's X username, wallet address, prize, and contest result without additional payment.

13. Contest changes, suspension, and cancellation

Monorail may change these terms, correct the contest, suspend entry or scoring, replace a prize, or end the contest without prior notice when reasonably necessary for security, integrity, legal compliance, technical failure, force majeure, or circumstances outside Monorail's reasonable control.

Where practical, material changes will be published on the contest page. Continued participation after a change means acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
